I got this laptop - Lenovo Loq 15IRH8 - and apparently the keyboard has RGB lights that can be configured with the Vantage app through the Legion Spectrum but this feature is missing from the app. Even though it shows that the added gaming services package is installed, it’s missing the ability to control the RGB profiles for the case LED lighting.
